What data I collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your wedding date (optional)
• Your venue (optional)
• How you heard about Speaker Box
• Any message you write

I don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics beyond basic server logs.

Why I collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to fulfil the booking. I won't use your details for marketing or pass them to anyone else for that purpose.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interest in responding to a direct enquiry you've made, and your explicit consent given via the checkbox on the contact form.

How long I keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. If we book a wedding together, I keep the relevant details for up to six years for basic accounting purposes, then delete them.

Who else sees it

Your data passes through the following third-party services, solely to deliver it to me:

• Postmark — email delivery. Their privacy policy.
• SiteGround — web hosting. Their privacy policy.

No one else. No marketing platforms, no data brokers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Have it corrected if it's wrong
• Have it deleted
• Restrict how I use it
• Object to processing
